Error when creating a site

Hi,
so the usability of this is horrible. :/ This is an old account. It seems I can’t create a new site because there exists some old site or whatever, which I can’t delete myself. But yet, I also don’t see anything listed and the app tells me that there is no site and shows me a create button.
Problem 1: Can’t create a domain: ‘We’re unable to show you domain suggestions as one or more of your sites has been suspended from WordPress.com. Please contact our support team to find out why.’
Problem 2: Whatever lead me to here. I just skipped domain creation and chose a blank page with the basic free plan and then I basically landed here.
No idea what to do.
