Error when I try and view my website!

This error comes up whenever I try and view a page on my website. I can’t get to the home page or any other pages within the frame work.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function cyberchimps_get_option() in /home/content/87/12677087/html/wp-content/themes/gdvintage/header.php on line 64
