Error when importing from Blogger

  When trying to import from Blogger according to the following process, I get the following error:

  Tools -> Import -> Blogger
  It authenticates and fetches a blog list, but says that there are 0/0 posts and 0/0 comments. It also presents the following error message:

  There was a problem opening a connection to Blogger. This is what went wrong:
  php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known (0)

  I have also tried to import via the XML export file from Blogger (after having reset importer). Which says it uploads the file successfully, and will start importing asap, but nothing seems to happen.

  Any pointers would be most welcome.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I used Firefox 3.5.7 on Mac OS X and Safari 4.0.4 on Mac OS X as well, if that is relevant to see if it was browser specific. No difference.

  How big is the file you’re importing? Sometimes you have to break it up into smaller chunks. As a last resort, contact staff and get them to help you http://support.wordpress.com/contact

  The XML file is tiny. 135 kbyte.
