Error when posting images after change in hosting

  I am trying to post photos and a new banner on one of my word press account (www.questcxchallenge.com) and been getting this message:

  Error QuestATXWebbanner.jpg
  Unable to create directory uploads/2015/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

  It is due to the mapping of the files that were moved from a wordpress hosting to a Deluxe Linux Hosting with cPanel server using Godaddy?

  I have the same problem. Second times within two weeks. When there is a problem – fix it!!! Don’t eat your Easter eggs.
