Error when selecting website type

  I am trying to make a business website and when I select the business option it takes me to an error page.

  Is this when creating a new site at https://wordpress.com/new?

  On which step exactly do you get the error? Please copy the URL appearing in your browser address bar for me.

  Can you also tell me exactly what the error page says?
