Error when submitting feedback

    People are receiving this error when trying to submit post feedback:

    Internal Server Error: Error: jQuery111104458797920960933_1413985383945 was not called

    the feedback still goes through, but confuses the person submitting feedback

    Hi there,

    Could you let me know exactly which page your visitors are submitting feedback on and getting the error so that i can try to replicate it?

    It’s an unpublished post. Here’s an anonymous link, although it’s technically not the same exact process as requesting feedback via email, so might not accurately replicate the problem…

    Hi Ethan,

    Thanks! There’s no need to send another request for feedback — I was able to reproduce that error on another blog, so I have an idea of what’s going on. I reported the issue to our developers to see if they can help fix that up for you.

    Sorry for the trouble, and I’ll let you know when I get an update about that.
