Error when trying to access website and admin portal.

    Hi,
    We are currently getting the following error when we try to access our website and admin portal. Error 503 Unavailable, the server is paused.

    could you please let me know how we can solve the issue?

    The above errors don’t sound like your site is hosted here on WordPress.com, Could you please share your site URL in question, so we can take a closer look and help.

    Also please note that here in this forum we only provide support for sites that are hosted in WordPress.com only. If your site is hosted somewhere else please create a ticket here in https://wordpress.org/support/ and get help there.
