Error when trying to upgrade

trying to upgrade to a paid plan and keep getting an error message at the checkout page.
I tried to get help from the live chat and hit a loop. see images below. HALP.

I’m trying to upgrade to the Personal plan.
here’s the error message I get:

Thanks for sharing that screenshot. I see what you mean. Could you let me know which site you’re trying to upgrade?
Also, could you try upgrading using a different browser or device and let me know if the issue continues?

I also recommend clearing your Chrome cache (https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050) or updating Chrome if an update is available.
