error while creating a site

hello
I’m trying to create a site but can’t get to name the site as it keeps saying that something went wrong and that I should try later. I’ve tried multiple times through my pc and smartphone but the issue remain. in previous post one of the staff suggested it was due to TOS violation and gave me a link to appeal but the form require my old site’s adress which I don’t remember since it was like 10 years ago when I had it and further more in my profile it shows I have 0 sites so it’s very weird to me
can anyone help me?I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet
