Error while purchasing paid plan with Russian debit/credit card.

  Is it now possible to purchase a paid plan with a Russian debit/credit card? I applied both credit and debit cards and I see the ‘Your card number is incorrect’ error message in both cases.

  Correct account: Yes

  Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
