Error while trying to import from Blogger to WordPress.

    Hi! I am trying to move my blog from Blogger to WordPress but everytime I try to upload the .xml file an error saying ‘There don’t appear to be any authors in your import file’ comes up. Thought this move would be easy so I’m quite baffled as to what to do, and I’m not familiar with WP at all. The file I’ve downloaded is the one Blogger gives me through ‘back up content’ ? Any suggestions?

    Hi again,

    I’ve tried to repair your Blogger import file and it has succeeded in importing the posts you see here: https://wordpress.com/posts/lunathorne.wordpress.com

    However, it seems that images are still not coming across as expected. I’ve left the importer to run for now (the images may be taking a bit longer than the text) so for now please no changes to your site. We’ll let you know when it is safe for you to work on again, thanks!
