Error with app & logging in.

    For some reason it’s not letting me log into my site on my phone app, it just gives me the option to sign up and when it sends me the link to my new site (which I didn’t want created) it won’t give me the option to add my existing site. How can I fix this so I’m able to use the app and not the website?

    Hi there – I have a few quick questions to try to get a better understanding of what you’re experiencing. :)

    1. Which operating system are you using? Android, iOS, etc.

    2. Perhaps redundant, but can you confirm you are using the WordPress.com app? https://apps.wordpress.com/

    3. And can you confirm you are logging into account with username cassandkoda?

    4. Has this worked before with other sites of yours, or is this the first time you are trying?

    5. What is the URL of the site you are trying to add to the app?
