Error with buying the domain mapping service

  Hello, I tried many times to buy the mapping domain service ($13/yr), and I selected the paypal payment. But after I click the paypal’s password, it redirects the wordpress.com page with this alert window https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B51R3zYGHcIBVHR2SmRVallnUmM/edit . Whether I click the button with many times, it shows the same window….I tried to use another computer to buy again, the same result appears. Please help. Thank you.

  Hello, i have right know the same problem, I’m trying to purchase domain mapping and extra hd space via paypayl but the system of wordpress will NOT process. I’ve tried using Safari.

  It keeps on “Complete Purchase” and I press the button but nothing happens and remain appear to me the same picture of npofree5

  Thanks for letting us know about the problem with checking out through Paypal. We’re working on it and should have it resolved shortly. I’ll update this thread as soon as I have more information, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
