Error with Cancellation and Refund within the first 48 hrs

I am trying to cancel my domain renewal, so that I am able to get refunded the recent charges on my account. I am within the 48 hours to be refunded, but each time I follow the directions, it states it cannot refund me.
Please let me know what I need to do to cancel my account and get refunded.

@loliver220 I have cancelled and refunded this for you. It looks like you’ve had some indecision with this domain, so let us know if there’s anything we can do to help. Also, as you’ve probably experienced before, it can take several days for the domain to be released after cancellation.

@advantagefp I can see it’s been a few business days. I’d suggest allowing a few more, but if you’d like you can call your bank or card company to see if it’s taking them some time to route the refund. Funds left our account on the 16th.
