error with character % on auth code… how can it be changed?

I’m transferring a domain but auth code uses the character % that causes problems to the target registrar. How could I change the auth code, to exclude special characters? thanks in advance

Sorry for the troubles!
I requested the registrar generate that new code and send it to you in a new message. Please let me know if you do not receive a new code within 48 hours, or if the code you receive also does not work.

Hi there,
I’ve received word that a new authorization code has been generated for you. Please check all your email folders for the new code.
However, the codes are automatically generated for security’s sake so it may still contain special characters. If your domain registrar cannot accept the new code either, let me know, and we can generate another one.
