Error with Customizing my site!

  I’ve disabled browser extensions, there was no such software. thanks.

  @viola182 just to be sure, the button keeps saying [Saved] even though you made changed to either the font, colors, or custom CSS? Another thing you could try is to reset your browser settings using the instructions on this page.

  I’m not able to make any changes and the save button isn’t “live” — it can’t be pressed.

  The cancel button works fine, but just takes me out of customize.

  Is this happening when you look at my site?

  I’ve just checked with our developers. They are aware of the issue and just deployed a fix. Could you please give it another try after clearing out your cache and cookies?

  I cleared out the cache and the cookies and it works again. Awesomeness :-) Thank you for helping me.

  Can you please talk me through undoing the disabled browser extensions, if I should do that?

  In Internet Explorer:
  * Tap or click the Tools button Tools button, and then tap or click Manage add-ons. Under Show, tap or click All add-ons.

  * Tap or click the add-on, tap or click Enable, and then tap or click Close.
