error with data base connection

    my website is not loading and i cannot access the admin panel of my site as well, i am hosted through AWS and everything seems fine on that end but I cannot access my site plaease advise

    i am hosted through AWS

    In that case you’re using the open source WordPress.org software – the forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, not the WordPress software, and your site isn’t hosted with us.

    If your site is not loading it’s most likely an issue on your server’s end, in which case AWS support is the best option for help with this.

    For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
