Error with my followers numbers

Hello, I hope you can help me.
A few days ago I saw that on the main page of my blog says that I have 4000 followers, but I know this is not real because a couple of days ago I had 2668.
I ‘ve checked my followers in the ‘Insights’ section, and, as I thought, I have these 2668 followers, so I don’t know why the number on my page has changed, showing a much higher number, there must be some kind of mistake.
This can be fixed?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The widget shows the combined total of all WordPress.com and email followers on your site, as well as any followers via connected social media accounts.
You have a Twitter account connected to your site with over 1300 followers. Add that to the 2700 you have on WordPress.com, and you have your 4000.

Oh I understand!. I had no idea about that, now it makes sense, so I maybe disconnect my Twitter account because it’s confusing for me lol
