Error with new updated woocommerce

Hi there, after the update of the new woo-commerce plugin I started receiving errors So I uploaded a new copy of woo-commerce from WordPress plug-in area and it sent an error on my website every time I clicked all products or add products, but categories, tags and attributes works, So I went into my websites file manager and change the name of the plugin to oo-disable and loaded all of my plugins into it, to deactivate them and take them off for my site and loaded one at a time starting with woo-commerce plugin, but most of this plugins have to have woo-commerce to operate. I only uploaded the woo-commerce plugin to see if it would work and it still caused an error. So I downloaded the new woo-commerce plugin off of the woo-commerce site and uploaded it to my website and it still did the same thing with the error one was Fatal Error and the other was 500 Internal Server Error. Under the woo-commerce tab, the orders tab went to Error. I take all the plugins back off my site back into the 00-disable file and loaded all but the woo-commerce plugins and ever thing related to woo-commerce. Please let me know what could be the problem and what can I do to fix it, thank you.
