Error with Plugin

  So like others Frizzly crashed my site for a minute and now I’m trying to relocate the corrupted plug-in file so I can rename it and follow the instructions to do so. The only thing is I’m not quite understanding where this change is being made.

  Am I doing it on my dashboard, am I doing it on my computer with my files? I’m just a bit confused. I believe I understand what to do but not sure where to begin that process.

  There are two different versions of WordPress. These are the support forums for WordPress.com, and you have the self hosted WordPress.org version. You can read about the differences here:

  Try posting your question in the WordPress.org support forums, or contacting your host directly for help.

  Hi

  Thank you for getting back to me. I was just having a hard time actually posting in the support forms at wordpress.org. I just feel like it’s impossible to find a “start new topic” link even after searching etc. The only thing I have been able to do is subscribe to topics. I feel like it’s been so hard to just talk to someone.

  I do appreciate you though for letting me know I’m in the wrong place.

  You will need to create a WordPress.org account. One you do that, read the forum rules, go to the fixing WordPress forum, then scroll all the way to the bottom to start a new thread.
