  Hello,

  I can’t use this theme for my blog.
  Do you know why? They asked me to call the assistance.

  What is the exact name of the theme?
  What is the exact URL of the site you wish to use it on?
  Is that theme found here https://wordpress.com/themes/?

  Unless you have a wordpress.COM hosted site with a Business plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/ you cannot install any plugins in addition to those that are built in to all of our sites, and you cannot install third party or custom themes.

  There is no FTP access to wordpress.COM hosted sites.

  Have you consulted the detailed theme description page with set up instructions at https://wordpress.com/theme/orvis?

  For the main Portfolio page and/or the Portfolio Page Template that you can set as your front/home page, you will need to set a Featured Image to represent the portfolio project. Featured Images are important in Orvis. They work best when they’re at least 924px wide and will appear in several places, including archive pages, the portfolio page template, and whenever you use portfolio shortcodes. Don’t forget to add one to all your Portfolio projects!
