Error with uploading new post with LiveWriter

  Hello,
  i am a greenhorn in using blogs. So i am still using a wordpresshosted blog and for writing blogposts i use livewriter by microsoft in version 12.0.1370.325. I was able to upload several posts, but since yesterday i receive an errormessage, that i have reached the timeoutlimit for contacting http://blogname.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php. Saving a post with webtool using webpage of wordpress works fine.
  Is there something happen at wordpress or what could be helpfull in this situation?
  PLease let me know.

  This has been a problem that is known to happen from time to time and looks like it should be fixed pretty soon. It seems to not be often, but happens.
