Error with website creation

There are a couple sites I’m trying to start up but there are a couple issues.
One URL was created but no one has done anything to the site, is there a way to shut it down since there’s no activity there (fashionsimplified.wordpress.com)?
When I try to sign up for the second site, it says it’s already created. I searched it but it does not exist (adsimplified.wordpress.com).

The address adsimplified.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Sorry, that site is reserved! But you can sign up and choose another one.

In the case that there is no contact information Staff will not breach the privacy policy and provide you with an email address.
When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.
If and only if you have registered the matching username account then log in under the correct username account and as the blog is reserved for you and you will register it after logging in under the correct username account.

Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
