Error WordPress theme & WooCommerce

  Hi all, I developed a WP site with the Twenty twenty-one theme. Every time that a customer place an order they see an error message instead to see a confirmation page. Why I’m having this issue? I switched theme and the error message was gone. Does the 2021 theme work with WooCommerce? Namecheap asked me to reach out the theme developer to restore the theme files. Any hint on how to fix this? Thanks.

  It sounds like you need help with the WooCommerce plugin but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.

  If you need assistance with the Twenty Twenty One theme, that was actually created by open-source wordpress.org project (this is WordPress.com, the commercial version of the software) and you can find assistance with that theme specifically by going here: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/twentytwentyone/
