  I can login to my account. However, I can’t load my web page and edit it. my account is: shixudongleo, the web page url is: crazydummy.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Firefox shows:
  Unable to connect
  Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at crazydummy.wordpress.com.

  If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

  Again, I can login to my wordpress.com account, but I cannot visit the admin dashboard.

  Have you been able to access https://crazydummy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ from the same computer using the same network in the past?

  Are you using a proxy?

  Do you have any network firewall rules in place that might be blocking only some types of pages such as the WordPress.com admin pages?

  I am using it on my laptop. It was all fine before last week. Since last sunday, I cannot visit the admin dashboard any more.

  I am not using proxy.
  I don’t tend to set any network firewall rules. But I am not sure whether my university has or not. But before last sunday, I am also using the same network. And it doesnot have any problem.

  If it is because of firewall, how do I confirm it? any suggestions? Using proxy(any quick way to try that)?

  Okay. Network firewall rules can change. One thing you can do is try to access the site from another location such as a coffee shop or a local library or any other place where you can test the wifi.

  You might also try testing with another browser just in case it’s a browser issue. However, based on the error message in your original description of the problem, it does indicate the issue might be network related, but I cannot tell for sure from my end. I can guide you with troubleshooting steps to help you as you try to find the source of the connection problem though.
