"Error – You do not own that identity"

  Hello world,
  whenever I’m trying to comment on a blog that does not belong to WP.org or WP.com (for example Blogger), I receive the defect note: “Error – You do not own that identity” and can’t leave a comment.
  This problem occured today and I never had to deal with it before. Can you help?
