errore caricamento utente/amministratore

    Buongiorno, abbiamo fatto un errore nella creazione del blog con WordPress ed abbiamo incrociato il nome dell’utente creatore con quello dell’utente amministratore. L’utente creatore non riesce a modificare il proprio profilo e non riesce a cancellarsi. E entrando con il profilo dell’altro amministratore non riesce nè a modificare nè a cancellare l’utente creatore. Come possiamo provvedere per invertire i diritti e sistemare i rispettivi indirizzi mail dei due amministratori? Chiediamo scusa per l’errore commesso, ma non abbiamo molta pratica con il sito. abbiamo richiesto aiuto sia nel forum internazionale (che ci ha rimandato a quello in italiano) che su quello italiano ma ad oggi non abbiamo nessuna risposta. Chi e come possiamo contattarvi. Attendiamo un vostra risposta per l’assistenza Grazie
