    When I made my initial payment, the transaction was refused and I was prompted ‘HYMNCA’.

    Were you able to resolve this? You should see a message in your dashboard “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” with a link that will get you to the Payments team directly for assistance with this issue.
