  Lots of problems with WordPress.
  1. Every time I try to log in it says: too many requests. (after refreshing a lot it will work)
  2. Every time I try to update my Plugins it says ‘Link expired’.
  3. Every time I try to upload media it says link expired or HTTP error and it won’t upload anything.
  I am not having a good experience with WordPress, please help resolve these issues!

  From what you tell, it suggests you are talking about a site using the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
