Errors that affect the Navigation Bar on my Homepage

When I am on the homepage of my site,I noticed that there is a space between the top of my page and the navigation bar that isn’t a result from some setting. When I go to the customize page, I see these two errors. Originally, it was only the one error concerning line 133, but when I went into the code, a second error popped up and so I figured it was better to ask the question then to create more errors. I have included the errors below. How can I best resolve these errors?
