Errors to orders placed from the dashboard

When we place orders from the dashboard, It shows some errors.(a) Stocks are reduced when we place order. But the Order notes do not have a ‘Stock reduced’ note. Instead there is an error message saying, ‘Error during status transition. Invalid product.’
(b) Notification mails are not generated and sent; neither to our mail id, nor to the customers’ mail id. Low stock / Out of stock mails also are not being sent in such orders.
(b) When we try to manually send a notification mail to the customer (by choosing ‘send order details to customer’ in order actions), it gives a blank error page with the following message: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” (Screenshot shared yesterday)
(c) We get the same error page when we try to change the Order status.However, orders from customers who place orders from their own accounts are working properly.
It has been more than a week since we started complaining about this. And it is yet to be fixed. Please look into this seriously and urgently. (Sad that the quality of WordPress support deteriorated to this point. You were excellent till a month ago and we were extremely happy with your service.)
