errors trying to see anything to do with my account.

When I logged into my wordpress account, it is failing to load pages or plugins or anything really. I can login, but the pages section just says loading indefinitely. If I click on plugins, it says failure to load plugin. A pop up says it may be my jetpack is not up to date but when I click that page it loads a dead page in my browser saying it cannot access it. Im at a loss.

That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and as it is not on our servers we cannot help you with it.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
