Errors When Exporting WordPress Site

  I’m trying to migrate my content to Squarespace, and am receiving errors when transferring my site automatically, and when exporting an XML file of my site, or exporting individual posts. The errors I’m receiving are:

  ‘— Import file appears to be incomplete. Please check the file and try again.’

  ‘— Import Failed!
  — com.gargoylesoftware.htmlunit.html.HtmlPage cannot be cast to com.gargoylesoftware.htmlunit.xml.XmlPage: MN7BAFP7X4CG8A5AE9XF’

  I’ve tried about two dozen times with no luck, using a variety of XML export sizes, different browsers, etc. Any suggestions?

  Can I copy an existing site to use in creating new sites? I’d like to re-use the existing site’s theme, images and pages as a starting point for the new sites.
