Esquire format/where are my pages?

  I am using the “Esquire” format for my page, which will be a site for a film. I have published an “About” page and a “Cast and Crew” page, neither of which are visible at https://threepuffs.wordpress.com/. Does the “Esquire” format not support additional pages? Please advice.

  The site you reference is using DePo Masthead. Are you talking about a different site?

  In general, you can put a pages widget or a create a custom menu and use the custom menu widget in the footer, or you can create a custom menu, assign it to the “main” location in the theme location pulldown and it will appear in the yellow section below the title and tagline.
