I am confused by wordpress.com and wordpress.org. I signed up yesterday and hope I did not mess up. I cannot find how to add my Etsy360 plugin. Suggestions?

It is possible to upload 3rd party plugins and/or themes on WordPress.com, but to do so requires our WordPress.com Business Plan or higher. Learn more about our WordPress.com Business Plan here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
I see you are aware of the other version of the WordPress platform (called .org) which is a free open-source software package you can download and will allow you to set up a self-hosted WordPress site, which are sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.
The self-hosted version of WordPress is more advanced and completely DIY, but would also allow you to add 3rd party plugins or themes.
Please note that this version of WordPress is usually the choice of web designers and developers, as well as advanced users, so it does not come with support like you have here.
