  Hello.

  In relation to European law on cookies (also valid in Italy), how can I bring up a banner informing about the use of cookies on commercial wordpress.com blog?
  Is not possible to install plugin for this and I do not know how to do. I saw that the Blogger platform already done this.

  I could not find information on the net about this issue. Could you help me?

  FWIW, the OP has already moved house to a self-hosted WP site apparently due to this issue.
