Euros to USD for Amex Payment

I am trying to purchase an upgrade for two domains – after I complete my payment information I get an error message that says ‘Please correct the issue below and try again. We are only able to accept American Express payments in USD’
I’ve spent far too much time looking for where I can change settings for this – can someone please either make the change for me or direct me (with clear, specific instructions) on where I go to change these settings?
I would also like to confirm that changing these settings has no impact on how the domain is treated in the eyes of the search engines? I just want to make sure this is a setting for the back end and will not negatively impact the rest of the site in any unforeseen ways.

I have changed the currency under your account to USD. Only staff can do this, so if you want it changed back after the purchase, let me know.
Also, no – changing currency under your account has no affect on your actual site whatsoever, so no worries there.

I’m trying to upgrade two domains – I’ve successfully upgrade themonitoringblog.com but now would like to do the same for themonitoringblog.es
I don’t see an option to upgrade this site – could it be that I do not have admin access or do you have any ideas what it could be? Let me know if you have any insight or suggestions – thank you!
