even after installing W3 Total Cache the picture still opens after text

  Hi, when i am trying to view wedding flowers in my website`the main picture that you see on top is always loading after text, even though size is not too big and i have installed W3 Total Chache. Any ideas why?

  The other question is related to page music. As you can see, does inserting youtub links in this manner slow down the website? is there a better way?
