Even though an author on my site has changed their gravatar, it's not showing up

One of my authors finally uploaded a gravatar. It’s showing in their settings panel. But it’s not showing on the site. We’ve tried cleaning cache and cookies. Help?

Note: Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change. Do not keep uploading! The first place they tend to display is here in the forums. If several days have passed and that change is not in evidence then post here for Gravatar support > http://en.gravatar.com/site/contact-us/
