Event Espresso 4 Decaf

I’m trying to follow the tutorial on Event Espresso for uploading it to my wordpress site….but the screen for Plug I’n’s looks different than on the tutorial and I can’t find a way to actually upload the program. Suggestions??

It might be because the tutorial you are referring to might be using WordPress.ORG and not WordPress.COM.Please make sure what version of WordPress(.COM or .ORG), the tutorial is using before taking any actions.
Here on WordPress.COM we cannot upload custom plugins. We are limited to some built-in plugins that come with WordPress.COM.
Check the list of built-in plugins for the plugin you might be looking for:
