event not showing up

    using widget for google calendar I am unable to get my event to show up.
    I also tried adding a page with the calendar and while the calendar shows the event does not. The event and calendar are public and published and show up in google but not on my website, knittingustogether.wordpress.com
    I have only posted one event in an effort to make sure this process works before taking the time to put in all the events. I waited over an hour and tried re doing the event as well. My site is private so you can’t access it unless invited.

    Hi there!

    Where do you have it added right now? I didn’t see it when I checked out your site.

    One note on those — It takes time to update. When you connect a Google calendar and add an event, it won’t appear right away, so that may have been what you were experiencing at the time.
