Eventbrite Multi-Event theme not working!!!

  I have logged support calls with WordPress and Eventrbite and NO ONE is responding! We have successfully been using the Eventrbrite multi-event theme for over a year, pulling in our Eventbrite events via the calendar and upcoming events pages. Just in the past week this has stopped working (our site address is https://abertaytle.wordpress.com/). I presume its caused by the two sites not syncing the information but I don’t know why its stopped working, we haven’t changed anything.

  When I go to Appearance – Theme Option, I click on Connect with Eventbrite. That takes me to an Eventbrite login. I then get prompted with ‘allow Wordpres.com by Automattic to access your Eventbrite account?’ with the option Allow or Deny. If I click on Allow, it takes me back to the Appearance – Theme Option page on WordPress and nothing happens. I don’t get the option to select any additional settings like I did when I first set-up the template.

  Please advise.

  Hi again @tels2015, can you go ahead and try connecting again? We’ve cleared out the old connection for you so it will work.
