Eventbrite Multi not supporting featured image in post or "image" post format?

    Hello!

    I’m using the Eventbrite Multi theme, and when attempting to publish posts I can’t set a featured image in the post. I’ve opened the Screen Options menu, but featured image isn’t even on there.

    Moreover, I also tried to set the post format to image, but when I publish the post is displayed as a standard post — although at the top it has that little label that says “image”.

    Please help, I’m a long-term WordPress user and I’ve never had this problem on my own sites. I just set up this separate page to use as a community website and the URL will be announced this weekend whether I’ve got this sorted out or not. If the problem is that the theme doesn’t support image posts or post featured images, I might have to chose another theme, but in that case I’m really in a hurry to set it all up this week.

    Unfortunately, the Eventbrite Multi Theme does not support Featured Images. Please take a look here to find a theme that would support this:
