Eventbrite Multi theme – Registration button

It doesn’t seem possible to change the text on the event buttons from ‘Buy Ticket’ to ‘Register’ in the Eventbrite Multi theme – even though the events are set up in Eventbrite as free ‘Registration’ events (and Eventbrite itself correctly displays a ‘Register’ button). There seems to be an option to change this in Eventbrite Single theme but not Eventbrite Multi theme. For free events requiring no payment, it makes no sense for the buttons to say ‘Buy Ticket’. Is there a way to ‘hack’ the theme to fix this?

I’m trying to make the same change.

I also wonder if there is a way to replace the standard Site Title with a custom header, as is possible on most themes. There seems to be a provision for changing the header background image, but the site title still overlays that background image. Is there a way to turn that off so we can use our own company mastheads?

Wondering the same thing. If you want people to register for a free event, having the buttons say “Buy ticket” is really unnerving. Is there a fix for this?

I too discovered this bug among others with the Eventbrite Multi-Event theme.
    1) Events on Event Listing page do not appear in date order. Here is a link to a screenshot on my FTP site (I hope Support techs are trolling these boards):

    2) When I post my event blog to Facebook, no page title shows up, just <no title>. This also affects the SEO of the site. It also makes me look less than professional, and I consider myself to be pretty proficient with WordPress. My workaround is the add the page title in the settings, knowing that it will appear in addition to my custom page banner that I added. I then post the blog link to Facebook, so it appears in my post, then I go back in and delete the page title so visitors don’t see the wonky appearance on my site.

    3) Finally, the issue at hand. I can go to Eventbrite and change Modify Order Options>Event Type and Language and choose “Registration Event” (versus “Ticketed Event”) and the language should change from Buy Ticket to Register Now. I created a fake event in Eventbrite to test it and it works with Eventbrite, so it’s a bug on the WordPress side, I assume. See my screenshot here:

My blog is coachingworkshops.wordpress.com or http://www.strategyyou.net

Several uses have been posting about the date order issue for several weeks now, and it’s still not resolved.
