Eventbrite Single Event Theme broken AND need to revert changes
-
Two related problems, help needed please. I’m an experienced WordPress.org developer but at something of a loss how to fix things when I can’t edit code or restore backups!
1) Sometime during the last few weeks, the Eventbrite Single Event Themetheme – https://eventbriteeventdemo.wordpress.com – stopped working. It no longer pulls in events from Eventbrite. Even the demo is broken, not just my install. Their Multiple Events theme still works fine. I contacted the theme’s author but they no longer maintain it.
The problem isn’t authorization, it seems to be that the Theme Settings are no longer available in the Customizer.
2) So I switched to a different theme, then back again, to see if that fixed the problem. Unfortunately all widgets and CSS customization have disappeared. I’m more familiar with using wordpress.org where switching theme can be done without losing anything, so was very surprised that this happened. Now I can’t figure out how to revert the changes. I want to put the website back to how it was a week ago. Because this isn’t self-hosted I don’t have backups so presumably I have to ask you? Or is there a setting to restore previous versions?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

An update and clarification:
1) Problem with theme connecting to Eventbrite still outstanding. To clarify, the Theme Options are actually there in the Customizer but only via wp-admin and not in that simplified version of the admin screen you see initially.
2) Fixed, don’t need help restoring CSS or widgets thanks!
