  cant set up eventbrite widget, get a constant error message :

  Failed to load your request token while connecting to Eventbrite. Please try again in a moment.

  have tried numerous times, logging in and out

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I was able to activate the widget using my test account. Can you give me a little more background information?

  – What steps did you take to activate the widget
  – Where did you see this error message? Can you see a screenshot of it? Just upload the screenshot to your Media Library (Media>Add New) and let me know it’s there

  Any additional details you can provide would be a great help.

  ok ,

  logged into back end of food luddite.com followed instructions to drag widget to sidebar,

  hit authenticate, this took page to eventbrite international and a pop up redirecting to eventbrite.au,

  clicked take me there, came to new eventbrite page with allow button, hit allow and received message mentioned…..

  .since your email the error message has changed as per screenshot now in media library ,

  just on this subject I have also visited the eventbrite site and subsequently posted a further query as their site mentions that to install the eventbrite calendar widget in wordpress you need to download and install iframes is this the issue?

  so support from eventbrite came to the same conclusion all worked their end suggested i clear cookies and cache …worked all good now
