  Hi there,

  Ever since this morning when I go to edit my pages I get an error message saying, “Oops! An error occurred while loading. Please refresh the page and try again.”

  6 hours later and it’s saying the same thing. Why is this?

  I want to update my website – it’s an emergency,

  Hi Eamonn,

  Can you let me know what page you’re trying to edit? Also, are you receiving the error message when you try to open the Edit page or just when you try to publish the edits? Lastly, have you tried editing the page from this screen?

  You can hover over the page title and click the “Edit” link beneath the page to edit the text.

  Hi Jeremy

  It doesn’t matter which page I try to edit, I always get the same error message and it happens when I try to open the page.

  I just tried that link and yes I can edit in html, but I prefer not to. But if the worst comes to the worst, I suppose I’ll have to.

  Hey, do you know what? It’s working now. Must have been a high volumn of traffic or something.

  It looks like we did have an issue with this earlier this morning. However, we fixed the issue right while I replied to you. Please let me know if you experience this issue again!
