  Today. . .it won’t download my photos from my hard drive. . .it keeps giving me an error message that says “Error, please submit something more substantial”. . .I have done it this way since I started. I am getting annoyed with this. . .

  Do you mean UPLOAD photos? What kind of file are the photos? How big are they? What browser and version are you using? Does the file name have punctuation in it?

  I am sorry Raincoaster. . .I have been uploading photos since July. I am only at 10% of my usage. . .and they are any where from 300 – 550 K. Jpeg files. . .Safari. . .and no the file name doesn’t have punctuation in it.
