Every plugin upgrade is getting stuck

  Any time I have a pluign upgrade, my site gets stuck in maintenance mode, and I have to manually delete the .maintenance file.

  The plugin got upgraded, but the site won’t exit from maintenance mode.

  WP: 4.7.3
  php: 7.0.15
  mysql: 5.7.17

  Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem. You appear to have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for sites hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums.
