Every time I try and write a blog post, it tells me ‘the editor has encountered an unexpected error’

    I help write blogposts for an online shop, so I don’t own the website. Every time I try and write a blogpost it redirects me to a blank page with the statement ‘the editor has encountered an unexpected error’.

    Whatever I press, it seems to always be redirected to this. I was wondering if the problem is with my computer or if the owner of the website must fix something…

    Is it something the owner must fix with wordpress, or must I do something?

    Please bear in mind that in general we are able to help with sites that are hosted here with us on WordPress.com, but for sites using the WordPress software from WordPress.org, there is a community forum at this address:
    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    We don’t really have any way to know what that is; it may be worth making sure that your browser is up to date on your computer; but otherwise This sounds like something the owner would need to fix – they may need to check if there are any plugin conflicts, or if there are any updates that should be installed.
